How it works

From first conversation
to a working website.

Good communication is part of the job. You’ll know what I need from you, what you’re reviewing and what the next step involves.

Website delivery

Ready in 3–14 days.

Essentials
3–7 days
Established
7–10 days
Extended
10–14 days

Calendar days from the agreed start date, with content and access ready. Your proposal confirms the schedule. How it works

  1. 1

    Understand the business

A focused conversation about your customers, services and the job your website needs to do.

  2. 2

    Agree the scope

Pages, price, content, revisions and a delivery date — agreed in writing before the build starts.

  3. 3

    Design, build & review

You see a private preview, give consolidated feedback and check the details before launch.

  4. 4

    Launch & look after it

Final checks, a clear handover and a care plan if you’d like someone to keep things in order.

Review points and
agreed revisions.

A round of revisions means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design or build. Additional scope is priced before it is added.

Before we begin

A proposal sets out pages, functionality, content responsibilities, price, revisions, third-party costs and delivery assumptions.

During the project

Review a private preview and send feedback in one place. The agreed plan allows two or three rounds, depending on the package.

Before launch

Check content, mobile layouts, links, forms, redirects and ownership. Launch happens after your approval, followed by a handover.

Timing, payment
and launch.

3–7 days for Essentials, 7–10 days for Established and 10–14 days for Extended. These are calendar days from the agreed start, once the scope, content, access and initial payment are ready. Your proposal confirms the start and delivery dates, including review points. Prompt, consolidated feedback keeps the project on schedule.

Standard payment stages: 40% to start, 40% when the build is ready for review and 20% before launch and handover. Cancellation, late content and change requests belong in the signed agreement.

A 30-day post-launch period covers defects against the agreed specification. New requests and third-party outages are handled separately.
