Register the domain in your name. Agreed bespoke files and content transfer after final payment, with a walkthrough. External software and assets retain their licence conditions.
Hosting, care, domain renewals, email inboxes, booking subscriptions, paid plugins and payment fees are separate unless explicitly listed. Bespoke APIs and ecommerce need a quote.

Care keeps your website running. It includes agreed updates and checks, not a continuing search campaign. Ongoing SEO, new content and paid advertising have separate scopes and budgets.
Yes, where there is a suitable service and access is available. Booking subscriptions and mailbox licences are separate costs. A contact form can send messages without being an email inbox.
