Timber, painted cabinetry and stone can have different care needs. Ask for instructions specific to the supplied finishes rather than assume a general cleaning method.

Keep appliance manuals, warranty information, drawings and installer details together. A clear record is more useful than a folder of unidentified files.
A practical review
Check the everyday operation of drawers, doors, lighting and appliance access with the installer. Record the actual snagging process and who is responsible for follow-up.
